Refund Policy

1. 7-day full refund

If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may cancel your purchase and request a full refund within 7 days of the date of purchase. No explanation is needed.

2. How to request a refund

1. Email essdesai009@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase.
2. Include your order number and the email address used for the order.
3. We will confirm your request by email, normally within 2 business days.

3. How and when you are refunded

• Refunds are paid back to the original payment method used through Shopify checkout and, where applicable, PayFast.
• We process approved refunds within 3 business days. It can then take up to 7 to 10 business days for the money to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
• You will receive an email once the refund has been processed.

4. Faulty, corrupt or incorrect files

If a download link does not work, a file will not open, or you received the wrong product, contact us at essdesai009@gmail.com. We will send you a working file or the correct product, or give you a full refund if we cannot fix the problem. This applies even if the 7 days have passed, as long as you report the problem promptly.

5. Duplicate purchases

If you were charged twice for the same product by mistake, contact us and we will refund the duplicate payment in full.

6. After a refund

When a refund is approved, your licence to use the product ends. Please delete all downloaded copies of the product from your devices and do not share or distribute them. Download links for refunded orders will be disabled.

7. Requests after 7 days

Because our products are delivered instantly, refund requests made after the 7-day period are not accepted, except for faulty, corrupt or incorrect files as described in section 4. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
