FinalsReady operates online only. The address above is our registered address for legal notices and is not a shop open to the public.

2. What we sell

We sell digital study products such as PDF study guides, study packs and educational videos ("Products"). No physical goods are sold or shipped. Product descriptions on each product page explain what is included.

3. Prices and payment

• All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR).
• Checkout and order processing are provided through Shopify. Supported payments may be processed securely by PayFast, including the payment methods PayFast makes available, such as credit or debit card and instant EFT.
• We do not see or store your card or banking details. These are handled by the relevant payment provider.
• We may change prices at any time, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

4. Orders and delivery

• Your order is accepted once your payment is confirmed.
• Delivery is instant and digital. After payment you receive a download link on the order confirmation page and by email.
• If you have not received your link within 24 hours, check your spam or junk folder, then contact us at essdesai009@gmail.com with your order number and we will resend it.
• You are responsible for giving us a correct email address.

5. Licence and acceptable use

When you buy a Product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own study purposes. You may not:

• copy, share, forward, upload or distribute the Product to anyone else;
• resell, sub-license or publish the Product, in whole or in part;
• remove any copyright notice or watermark.

All content, including text, designs, videos and graphics, belongs to FinalsReady and is protected by copyright. We may cancel your access without a refund if you break this section.

6. Refunds

You may cancel your purchase and receive a full refund within 7 days of buying. Full details are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Educational content disclaimer

Our Products are study aids. We work hard to keep them accurate and useful, but we do not guarantee any particular exam result, mark or outcome. Syllabi change, so please also use your school's or institution's official materials.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, FinalsReady is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or Products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Product concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.

9. Website availability

We try to keep the website available at all times but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page on the date of your purchase applies to that purchase.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. If you have a complaint, please contact us first so we can resolve it. You may also approach the National Consumer Commission or the relevant consumer protection authority.
